Please use the form below to book the Initial Parent/Caregiver Consultation at a time that is convenient for you. This will be at in my room in Greenlane and is just for parents and caregivers to attend (not children or adolescents).

The aim is for me to hear about your concerns and get to know about your child and their whānau and family.  I will explain how I work and we can decide if I will be a good fit for you.

Please allow 50 minutes for the initial parent consultation. The fee is $270 + GST ($310.50). The fee for all other subsequent appointments is $180 + GST ($207).

All parents/caregivers must be involved or at the very least consent to the work.  Who this is will be different for each family, but often it is both parents and/or the adults that the child lives with.

After the initial parent/caregiver consultation, I will offer you any available times for further appointments.  Please note I only have appointments on Mondays to Wednesdays and limited availability for after-school appointments.  If we can’t find any appointments that suit you, I can put you on my waiting list.

Appointments will be invoiced within 3 days of booking and need to be paid on receipt of invoice.  In respect of other clients, please only book appointments you intend to attend.
